If you are completing registration on behalf of a corporation, organization, or group of delegates, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind all registered individuals to these terms.
2. Conference Registration & Admission
- Accuracy of Information: Registrants must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable details (legal name, corporate affiliation, and valid email address). Providing fictitious or deceptive information may result in registration cancellation without refund.
- Digital Badge Pass: Each registered delegate is issued a personalized digital badge containing a unique cryptographic QR code token. Digital badges are strictly personal and non-transferable without prior written notification to the organizing committee.

- Workshop Capacity: Hands-on technical workshops have strictly enforced fire safety and physical seating capacity limits. Registration for individual workshops is granted on a verified, first-come, first-served basis upon completed payment.
3. Mobile Application License & Acceptable Use
The PDC&E 2027 Mobile Application (available on Apple iOS and Android) is licensed, not sold, to you. The organizing committee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on personal mobile devices solely for conference-related purposes.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the mobile application.
- Attempt to bypass, tamper with, or forge the cryptographic QR tokens, badge scanning APIs, or attendance verification systems.
- Deploy automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or excessive network requests that impair application infrastructure.
- Transmit offensive, abusive, defamatory, or promotional unsolicited messages through panel question submission features.
4. Apple App Store Terms (EULA Addendum)
Apple App Store Review Guidelines & End-User License Agreement:
- Parties: This agreement is concluded between you and the PDC&E 2027 Organizing Committee only, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the mobile application or its contents.
- Maintenance & Support: The PDC&E 2027 Organizing Committee is solely responsible for providing maintenance and customer support for the application. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app.
- Contests, Raffles & Door Prizes: Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, nor is it involved in any manner with, any raffle, exhibitor prize draw, door prize, or promotional giveaway conducted through the PDC&E 2027 Mobile Application or at the conference venue.
- Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and Apple subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
5. Code of Conduct & Venue Safety
PDC&E 2027 is dedicated to providing a safe, professional, and harassment-free congress environment for all participants, speakers, exhibitors, and venue staff regardless of gender, nationality, race, religion, or disability.
- Zero Tolerance Harassment: Any form of verbal harassment, intimidating conduct, sexualized imagery, or unauthorized disruption of technical presentations will result in immediate badge revocation and expulsion without refund.
- Venue Safety Protocols: Attendees must comply with safety regulations, emergency exit directives, and facility guidelines established by The Gulf Hotel Bahrain and local civil defense authorities.
- Commercial Solicitation: Unofficial solicitation, canvassing, or distribution of marketing brochures outside of authorized, paid exhibition booths is strictly forbidden.
6. Intellectual Property & Photography Rights
All technical papers, session recordings, presentation slides, conference logos, and educational materials presented at PDC&E 2027 remain the intellectual property of their respective authors, speakers, and the organizing committee.
Media Consent: By attending PDC&E 2027, you acknowledge that event photographers and videographers will record conference sessions, exhibition halls, and social gatherings. You grant PDC&E 2027 the non-exclusive right to use photographs and video footage containing your likeness for promotional, educational, and post-conference archival purposes.
7. Program Changes & Force Majeure
While the organizing committee strives to deliver the program as published, circumstances may necessitate changes to session schedules, keynote speakers, or workshop instructors. PDC&E 2027 reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments without prior notice.
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, severe travel restrictions, governmental directives, war, or public health emergencies. In the event of conference rescheduling due to force majeure, attendee registrations will automatically be transferred to the revised dates.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
