When and where is PDC&E 2027 taking place?
The conference takes place on 24 – 28 January 2027 at The Gulf Hotel - Bahrain. Workshop dates and individual venues are listed in the conference programme.
What are the registration options?
The programme offers Full Conference + Pre-Conference Workshop, or Conference Only. See the programme for the dates included with each option.
How many pre-conference workshops can I select?
Select one workshop with the Full Conference + Pre-Conference Workshop option. The programme lists the workshop options, dates, instructors and venues.
What does delegate registration include?
The programme lists admission to conference sessions and the exhibition, attendance at the opening ceremony, lunches, the gala dinner and coffee breaks, the Night Out at the Gulf Hotel, a conference package and conference certification.
How do I request a company invoice?
Email the completed registration form or forms, together with your invoicing request, from your company’s official email address to hassp@assp-mec.org.
When will I receive registration confirmation?
The programme states that registered participants will receive confirmation within approximately two weeks of completing registration.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. A 50% administrative fee applies to cancellations received after 15 December 2026. No refunds are granted for cancellations received after 15 January 2027. Approved refunds are processed after the conference concludes.
When is the conference Night Out?
The conference programme lists the Night Out date, time and venue. Check the latest programme when planning your visit.
